Read this disclaimer carefully before using the product. This disclaimer establishes the terms and conditions for using Seletron products. By installing a product, the purchaser and/or user declares to have read and understood this disclaimer and has accepted the terms and conditions herein.
The manufacturer or dealer will not be held liable for any injury and/or damage caused to oneself or third parties. The purchaser and/or user acknowledges and accepts this condition and undertakes to protect the manufacturer or dealer from any claim related to the purchased product. In no event will the manufacturer or dealer be held liable for any damage or expense arising from the use of this equipment.
The dealer or manufacturer is not liable for the incorrect installation or application of their products. The purchaser and/or user is responsible for verifying the correct installation and contacting the manufacturer in the event of doubts.
All Seletron products are inspected and laboratory and field tested.
Seletron is not liable for products damaged or destroyed due to improper installation.
In the event of ascertained breakage, missing product, or items non-conforming to the order, or in the event that a replaced product does not meet your requirements, you will be entitled to request the delivery or reinstatement of the missing or non-conforming product and the deposit of the amount equal to the value of the disputed product/s in the next order.
Our products are covered by a three-year warranty.
By installing the product, the purchaser and/or user agrees to waive any claims against the manufacturer or dealer for any mechanical and/or electrical damage and for any expenses borne for the maintenance of the engine, gear shift, transmission, and other mechanical or electrical components installed on the vehicle.
This warranty is null and void if the products show any evidence of improper installation, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance or alterations to its original design and in the event of functional errors due to improper cabling connection.
Moreover, the warranty will be null and void in the event that the product is used in any way other than that for which Seletron designed it, as specified in all technical and promotional materials. Seletron (manufacturer and dealer) will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by the breach of any of the terms and conditions of the express or implied warranty covering the product.
The manufacturer or dealer reserves the right to refuse any warranty request in the event that an authorised Seletron technician has not inspected the product beforehand.
The dealer or manufacturer is entitled to deny any warranty claims in the event of failures caused by force majeure.
This warranty cannot be assigned or transferred. This warranty is limited to the purchaser and does not extend to any subsequent purchasers or users of the product. This warranty cannot be transferred in whole or in part.

DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS
Seletron will deliver the Products selected and ordered by the Customer via trusted couriers and/or shipping agents or via its own appointed personnel.
Delivery time is 2 working days and refers to the goods ready at our warehouse. In any event, they must be considered INDICATIVE.
Delays cannot justify the cancellation of an order nor give rise to compensation claims for direct or indirect damage by the purchaser.
Seletron undertakes to ship the goods within the period and with the methods indicated in the previous section. The customer is responsible for verifying the correctness of the data in the order confirmation. Strikes, public transport suspensions, etc. constitute force majeure events. In such events, Seletron will deliver the goods in the shortest time possible. In any case, in compliance with art. 6 of Italian Legislative Decree 185/1999, deliveries cannot exceed 30 days from the day following the transmission of the order to Seletron.
Delivery of the Products is subject to the payment of their price with one of the methods accepted by Seletron.
The order will be delivered in parcels or sealed bags. For organisational and cost-efficiency reasons, the Customer cannot open, verify or check the order before paying for it.
The fiscal document (invoice) is issued by Seletron via email and/or will be attached to the parcel. The parcel must have the Customer’s address indicated in the order or the address of a customer’s appointed person for the Products to be delivered. The Customer is responsible for being available on the scheduled delivery day. The courier will attempt delivery for two consecutive days following the first proof of delivery.
In the event of a third failed attempt, the courier will send the order back to Seletron. We will, however, arrange a new shipment to deliver the product.
Pursuant to art. 54 of Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014, in the event that you are not happy with the purchase for any reason, you will be entitled to withdraw from the contract and return the delivered products without any penalty and without any explanation.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised via registered letter with return receipt sent to the address in the footnote of this website, by fax to 0424/536686 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within thirty days from the day the order is received.
Products must be returned intact, you have fourteen days to return the products to the address in the footnote of this website from your withdrawal submission.
If the withdrawal submission takes place within fourteen days after delivery, the amount paid for the products (delivery expenses included) will be paid back.
If the withdrawal submission takes place within thirty days after delivery, refund won't include delivery expenses.
We reserve the right to withhold the amount for any partial or total product reconditioning expenses from the reimbursement in the event that the product has been used, is not in its original packaging, and in the event of non-compliance with the warranty terms and conditions.
Discounts applied on a set of products (bundled purchase) will be deduct from your refund. Please, send the goods to be returned with the original Returns form with the goods (https://seletron.com/en/returns).
In case of withdrawal shipping costs for returned goods will be charged to the customer.
Refund is free of charge and will be made in the shortest time possible and, in any event, within 14 days from the date you communicate your wish to withdraw from the contract.
We will issue the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We reserve the right to withhold any refund until we receive the products or until you provide a proof of shipping.
To ensure all the benefits of your new SELETRON product, please take the following safety precautions:
Do not install the SELETRON product while the dashboard is on. Wait for the dashboard to be off and leave time for the ECU to complete communications. Some vehicles may require to remove the ignition key, close and lock the doors.
The temperature of the engine and neighbouring components will increase considerably during use. Prevent any contact between the cabling of the product and the chassis or any other metal part in the engine compartment.
The cabling and the product must be connected safely with fastening devices to prevent any damage and functional error, which may result from inaccurate connections.
RETURNS, REPAIRS AND/OR REPLACEMENTS
Returns must always be expressly authorized by Seletron.
Returns can be requested for incorrect supply, repairs and/or replacements covered by the warranty, and repairs out of warranty.

Download returns form from this page (https://seletron.com/en/returns) and send it back with the goods to be returned.
Products will be verified first and will be replaced or repaired according to the circumstances.
Shipping costs for repairs / replacements covered by warranty will have to be paid by the customer, if any fault was present
at the time of sale they will be refunded.
If warranty has expired shipping costs and any other additional could be charged to the customer, as well as any repair
expenses, where due.
