Returns can be requested for incorrect supply, repairs and/or replacements covered by the warranty, and repairs out of warranty.

Download returns form from this page and send it back with the goods to be returned.
Products will be verified first and will be replaced or repaired according to the circumstances.
Shipping costs for repairs / replacements covered by warranty will have to be paid by the customer, if any fault was present at the time of sale they will be refunded.
If warranty has expired shipping costs and any other additional could be charged to the customer, as well as any repair expenses, where due.
